Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Experience selling to mid-market clients within the UK&I region is highly desirable.
As an Account Executive, Expansion, Mid-Market | UK&I, you will be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value, managing the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment, proactively engaging cross-functionally to bring new product development and competitive intelligence strategies to the team, meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets, maintaining accurate SFDC data, resolving complaints, and acting as a client advocate to improve the buyer experience.
